The 2026 Internal Quality Audit

The Architecture Program held its Internal Quality Audit (AMI) on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. The audit was part of the program’s ongoing work to evaluate and improve academic quality and management. This year’s audit team was led by Dr. Wanti Fitrianti (Faculty of Agriculture), with Dr. Boni Pahlanop Lapanporo (Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) as a member auditor. They met with the Program coordinator, Syaiful Muazir, Ph.D. and the lecturers

The audit covered the program’s self-evaluation standards in education, research, and community service. Its included 37 assessments covering the details of curriculum, the teaching and learning process, human resources, facilities, students and graduates, and collaboration. Each item was scored on a scale of 1 to 4. The program received the top score of 4 on most items. The auditors also pointed out several areas for improvement:

  • The lack of standard operating procedure for handling student complaints
  • The number of permanent lecturers with doctoral qualifications
  • The on-time graduation rate
  • The lack of international research and community service grants in the past three years
  • Accessibility facilities, as the program does not yet have Braille labels or guide paths for visually impaired students

The audit found no major level findings. The auditors concluded that the program’s internal quality assurance system is well documented and is carried out consistently and continuously. The overall average score was 3.57 out of 4 or 89.25%. The results will also help the program prepare for its reaccreditation, which is expected to take place in December 2027.
