To support the achievements in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activity, Architecture Study Program again sent several selected students to participate in the MBKM Internship and Research Program. In the even semester of the year 2023/2024, there were 20 students who participated in the program. In addition, there were 3 students who successfully passed the selection of the Internship and Certified Independent Study Program (MSIB) nationally, so that there were 23 students participating in the MBKM program, both which organized by the Architecture Program and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
To support further cooperation, facilitated by the Department of Architecture and the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) West Kalimantan, the MBKM Coordinator, who is also the Head of the Department of Architecture, conducts cooperation discussions with partners who are willing to accept students for internships. This semester there were several partners both within Pontianak City and outside Pontianak City such as Akanoma, VMA Studio (Vania Maringka), Gayuh budi (Gursiji Studio), and KsAD (Yuli Kalson Sagala).
